On weekdays, next-day fulfillment is available for orders placed before 18:00 GMT +01:00. Masticha Gum ships from our distribution center located in the Netherlands.

Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

  • Netherlands: Free shipping on orders over €49.00. For orders between €10.00 and €49.00, a shipping cost of €1.99 applies.

  • EUR1 Zone (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, and Sweden): Free shipping on orders over €49.01. For orders below this amount, the cost is €1.99.

  • Europe (EUR2 Zone): All other European countries not listed in EUR1 (such as Finland, Greece, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, etc.). Shipping costs range from €2.99 for standard shipping to $4.99 for tracked shipping.

  • United Kingdom: Free shipping on orders over £49.01. For orders below £49.00, the cost is £1.99.

  • United States: Free shipping on orders over $49.00. For orders below $48.99, the cost is $2.99.

  • Australia & New Zealand: $3.95 for orders over $49.01. For orders below this, the cost is $6.95.

  • Canada: Free shipping on orders over 50.00 CAD. For orders below this, the cost is 4.99 CAD.

  • Rest of World: Standard worldwide shipping is €6.99, or $4.95 for orders over $45.

Delivery Times

Processing time is 1 to 2 days. Estimated delivery times:

  • Netherlands: 1 to 2 business days.

  • United Kingdom: 2 to 3 business days.

  • EUR1 Zone: 1 to 5 business days.

  • Europe (EUR2): 1 to 8 business days.

  • United States: 1 to 3 weeks.

  • Australia & New Zealand: 6 to 11 days.

  • Canada: 6 to 8 days.

Important Information

  • Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. Masticha Gum is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • Weekends: Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be mailed on Monday.

  • Damages: Contact us if your item arrives damaged. We issue full refunds with sufficient documentation.

  • Local Postal Services: If your shipment is in the destination country but not delivered, please contact your local postal service directly.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages once they are handed over to the carrier.
